Content is something that I find hard to find on games like this, and this one is nice, so I was wondering if it's going to be one of those games that you play for 30 M to 1 hour and it's done. summer time saga and some other does it well (not open world, but they give us less important content that are still cool. like interactions whit characters that are more like a side event.)

Not true based on my experiences. I've given her pink candies multiple times to try to initiate a scene, and it's not given me any options besides the one where you go watch her get herself off. Im at 5 hearts now and the only new thing I've seen is the option to take off her pants while she plays her games. Idk if theres something I'm missing or what, but I've had no luck.
This is already a HScene but it have some condictions to the masturbation became a true sex. For example, at that same day that you gave to the sister the candy, once you return home you can select to cook or go to bathroom, if you go to bathroom and search for something, you may find a cockroach, at same day, if you give the candy and watch her masturbate, that cockroach may appear again and scary the sister, then you will help her and now you will have sex.
